Luke’s interest in the insurance and financial planning industry began on the family farm in central NE. After graduating from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2005 with a degree in Communication (Economics minor), he began his career as a Financial Planner with the Ameritas Financial Center. In 2009, Luke expanded his service offering to include Home, Auto, Business, & Farm/Ranch when he joined Farm Bureau. Luke then founded Resolve Insurance in 2019 to provide comprehensive and unbiased insurance planning as an Independent Broker.
Luke joined the NAIFA-Omaha Board of Directors in 2019, and chaired NAIFA-Omaha’s Young Agent Team from 2020-2023. Luke continues to be an active NAIFA member and was a graduate of NAIFA’s Leadership in Life Institute (LILI) Class of 2023. He joined the IIAN (NE Big I) Board of Directors in 2024 and currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer. Having attended the 2025 Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C. Luke is passionate about advocating on behalf of his clients and industry.
Luke and his wife Haley live in Elkhorn, NE and have 4 children ranging in age from kindergarten to high school, all of whom attend Elkhorn Public Schools. Luke enjoys an occasional round of golf when his kids’ schedules allow, and he coaches football for Elkhorn Middle School.

Ray Huse has worked in the insurance industry on and off since 1998. During his time away from insurance, he explored roles in radio and marketing, putting his communications degree to work.
When he heard Luke could use an extra set of hands, Ray joined Resolve in October 2021. He enjoys tackling the challenges that come his way—no situation is too unusual or billing issue too complex for him to untangle and clearly explain.
Outside of helping clients navigate and understand insurance, Ray is embracing life as a recent empty nester after raising three successful daughters with his wife of more than 25 years. These days, this mostly means tracking down records to add to his collection—much to Mrs. Huse’s disappointment—rather than traveling through the great cities of Europe with her.

Grady graduated from Hastings College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. During his time at Hastings, he played collegiate basketball and served as a team captain, experiences that helped shape his leadership skills, work ethic, and team-first mindset.
After graduating, Grady was introduced to Luke Meier through a mutual connection and quickly became a believer in the mission and values behind Resolve Insurance. He officially joined the team in July 2025 and is currently licensed in Property & Casualty insurance, with plans to obtain his Life & Health license in the near future.
Outside of work, Grady stays involved in the game by coaching basketball at Mount Michael Benedictine High School, where he is in his first year on staff. When he’s not working or coaching, he enjoys golfing, playing basketball when time (and his body) allows, and spending time with his two dogs, Scrappy and Wrigley.
